Return Policy

“We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with each item that we sale. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have received, you may send it back and get a complete refund.”

Fedex Ground Refund Policy

If you would like to return an item and receive a complete refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send a mail to info@vianneyhomedecor.com explaining the reason why you are not satisfied with your purchase. A FedEx shipping label will be sent in less than 5 days.
  2. You have 30 calendar days to return your merchandise. The 30 days start counting from the day you receive the “Shipping Confirmation” email.
  3. The merchandise should be returned in the same box in which it was sent. In order to get a full refund the merchandise must be sent in the same conditions as received with all of its compartments, accessories, tags, instructions and original package.
  4. The “Invoice” must be sent inside of the returning package.
  5. After receiving your FedEx shipping label, you may activate it by clicking on the following link fedex.com and select the refund method that suits you best.
  6. You can track your refund with the tracking number given to you by clicking on this link fedex.com
  7. Refunds only apply when the package is sent from the same shipping address. Requested pick ups from a different location will not be picked up.
  8. You will be refunded when the package has been delivered at the warehouse and inspected for any damage and that all refund guidelines are fulfilled.
  9. When the item is returned by Fedex Ground, your money will be refunded directly to the credit card that was used for the payment, it will take 72 hours to complete the transaction after the package has been delivered and inspected at the warehouse.

USPS Return Policy
